We recently had a problem with our upstairs heating unit not performing consistently. Williams Plumbing, Heating & Air sent over a technician who diagnosed the issue quickly and told us what needed to be done to remedy the issue. Two other technicians were sent over to make a repair and an adjustment to the system. Unfortunately, following the successful completion of their work, one of the technicians lost his balance and his knee went through the ceiling over one of our bedrooms. Fortunately, he did not fall through the ceiling, and he was very apologetic concerning the damage. An hour or so after the accident, one of the office staff at Williams called us and told us that we would be getting a call from a contractor who does ceiling repair. The contractor called us a brief time later and set up an appointment for 9am the next day for him and his team to come and repair the ceiling. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of repairing the ceiling and cleaning up the debris. Since that time, our heating system has been working consistently, and the damaged ceiling looks great. There is no evidence that anything happened to the repaired ceiling. We have been customers of Williams Plumbing, Heating & Air for at least 25 years. We appreciate all the excellent work and support that Williams has provided to us recently and over all the years. Their office folks and service technicians are knowledgeable and are enjoyable and friendly people to interact with.

The service technician Sebastian and his assistant Kevin did such an outstanding job. We have reliable HVAC again. I have personally used William’s Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning for over twenty years to service my homes. I have always received five star service from the customer service representatives, dispatchers, and technicians. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Austin and Adam for my plumbing inspection. Austin and Adam did an excellent job performing the recommended plumbing services that were needed and in a timely matter. I also inquired about another plumbing service that I wanted done in the future and they were able to perform that service as well in the same day!

I use Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to service my HVAC system and they've always done a great job. So, when I had a plumbing issue I gave them a call. They had a technician visit my house the next day. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He found the leak, quoted me a reasonable price to make the necessary repairs, and then went to work. I was very happy with the service I received and will continue to use Williams to service my HVAC, and for any future plumbing needs.

Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning was phenomenal! My AC went out yesterday and I called the emergency line where they promptly returned my call. From my call back from Ms. Anita the dispatcher to meeting Israel the technician and his assistant. I'm very satisfied with my service and they did an excellent job getting my air back on. Thank you so much a satisfied customer.

Shower drain became dislodged under my double-wide mobile home. They told me it would be $2,200.00 to fix. I ask them how long it would take for them to fix it, they said 2 hours and $30 worth of parts. I paid the service call fee and told them i was very unhappy with their quote, and that I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. So I called someone else. They charged me $420.00

Called this morning due to our AC not working, the lady that got us scheduled was very polite and professional and told us she'd have someone out in a few hours. Tommy, the technician who came out was very knowledgeable about diagnosing our problems. Repaired what we needed in a timely manor while answering all our questions. Tommy also gave us a quote to replace our system, at my request, should we choose to do so. I can't say enough good things about our experience today, thank you so much for getting our house cool again!

I called Williams after my regular HVAC guy failed to show up after 2 weeks of rescheduling me. Anita at Williams got someone out same day and found the condenser coil frozen over. The technician, Tommy, gave me a call end of the day and let me know he would return the next morning. He found the source of my unit overworking and freezing over was a rug over the air vent. After 2 months of paying double electric I was very happy to hear this as a simple fix. He let me know about the service plan and I signed up since it covered the cost of cleaning the evaporator coils and this was also needed. Much appreciated the response and honest assessment of my hallway rug.
